Terms of Use
These Terms ("Agreement") govern your licence from Cue 1 Theatrical to use our downloadable theatrical show‑files ("Content").
1. Licence Grant
Upon full payment, we grant a non‑exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty‑free licence to download and use the Content for a single theatrical production (performed with actors, ticket‑selling, live audience). You are permitted indefinite re‑downloads and unlimited performances. This licence is personal to your organisation and may not be transferred.
2. Permitted Use Only
Content use is strictly limited to theatrical performance purposes only. Public or commercial use (e.g. broadcast, streaming, advertising) is prohibited without a separate licence. The files may not be shared to your cast/crew or anyone outside of relevant technical staff, sub‑licensed, redistributed, sold, rented or otherwise disseminated in any form.
3. Ownership and Reserve Rights
All copyright and intellectual property rights in the Content remain with the Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer ownership; you must not remove or alter copyright notices embedded in the Content.
4. Payment and Access
Licences are one‑time and non‑refundable. After payment clears, download links remain active indefinitely. You are responsible for backing up files.
5. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Licensor disclaims any liability for compatibility issues or financial loss arising from use of the Content. In no event shall liability exceed the licence fee paid.
6. Termination
This Agreement automatically terminates upon any breach (including unauthorised sharing or use). On termination you must immediately cease use and delete all copies of the Content.
7. Compliance with Performance Rights
You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary performance rights—for third‑party music, dramatic works, or visual materials used in your show.
8. General
This Agreement is governed by the laws of The United States and Australia. If a provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in full force. This Agreement constitutes the entire licence between you and the Licensor, and may not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. By purchasing the content you are agreeing to these terms
